In the busy industrial town of St. Hyacinthe, Que., the long, low cluster of grey brick buildings which comprise the "House of Casavant" looks like any other streamlined tribute to modern factory functionalism. But once inside, the similarity ends, for here is no assembly line production, no machine replaces the hand of the skilled artisan, automation has made no inroads on the traditional manner of making organs.
